Shipping and Returns

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, with the exception of custom-made items which can take up to 2 weeks depending on the designer/manufacturer. Most items are custom made and are made at the time of order and can take up to 2 weeks to be ready for delivery. If you require rush shipping, please email us for a quote.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary by weight and location. Free Shipping on Orders over $75 Domestic only. Please see checkout for estimates.

What is the return policy?

Items can be returned only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item will have to be returned back to Little Statements in the new original condition within 30 days. This means that the item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, clothing can not have been used or worn and must have original tags and package material with them. When shipping back goods it is important to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur en route back to Little Statements. We do require that an item must be in new condition when it is received back to us in order to give credit of the item(s). We will refund you the price of the product once the items are received back to us in new condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to Little Statements for the return except in the case of a product defect. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Can personalized items be returned?

Sorry, but personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the specifications listed by the customer or if the item has been damaged in transit.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Little Statements, LLC you must contact customer support by email at sales@littlestatements..com
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can
request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “instock”
when you place your order may, in fact, be outofstock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most outofstock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item
